Not 100% but there are lots of levels in between failure and that. Bush was more competent, Clinton was _much_ more competent. I just think that he's the wrong man at the wrong time. If he sacks all the Wall Street advisers then I'd change my mind.

I agree with the criticisms of Bush - but I still think that, on present course, history will be kinder to him than Obama. There is still time for Obama to do something though - maybe as much as eighteen months more - but the longer time goes on, the more radical he will have to be. I just don't think he has it in him.
