What I've neglected to mention in the post is the frantic pre-cleaning scurry about and straighten everything that happened before they came -- and we've had a few moments as things that were not in their usual places were hunted for. But I haven't had any in years and years.  American cheese... blargh.  I don't really like ANY yellow cheese.  Swiss, Muenster, gouda, brie, monterey jack -- if it's white cheese, I'll eat it. Hehehe.<br><br><I>Way back, I did use Velveeta in recipes, Ex #1 brought a \"Velveeta keeper\" tupperware container into the marriage and wanted more than I was willing to deal with, really.
