Mmmm that chicken recipe sounds AWESOME! I will have to try that.
I looooooooooove peanut butter. However, my daughter has a peanut allergy, so we don't have any at the moment. We used to have a contraband jar above the stove; I might have to buy another one because I've been craving PB lately, especially on toast. I can eat it when she's at preschool!
Anything that puts pasta and sauce on my table in an hour or less is a keeper in my house!
Poor Gracie! How DID that happen? I'm sure you've wondered that same thing. Yes by all means, especially now, get you a PB stash!

I can eat peanut butter day and night..but it has to be creamy or else .. LOL
You can have mine, baby! For all the food cravings and fetishes I can own, PB is not one ofthem. Chocolate, cheesecake, pizza, all yes, but no peanut butter.

I think I'm going to try your chicken recipe!
I saw your comments at My Thermos and decided to check out your blog. Glad I did!
Hi Nat, glad to have you -- gotta love Scott's musical sensibilities. The chicken recipe is a weekly standard at my house, sort of throw in whatever's in the fridge... hope you enjoy!

That sounds like a great new recipe for me to try. Thanks.
Thanks for stopping in, hope you enjoy it -- it's a good weeknight not too much time under the hood recipe! Put the wine in and tomato sauce, lid on, put some wine in you and chill for a bit!

I have a weird relationship with peanut butter... mostly it is an 'eh food for me too, but lately I have been eating it more often!
I seem to have an on and off relationship with it too, mostly off, I have to say!

Jelly jars are best for iced tea...but then again, I'm a Southern girl. If not that, tea has to be in a Mason jar.
not the itsy jelly jars I have -- they are from tiny jars of apple butter or something, only hold about 6 or 8 oz -- much MUCH too small for the volume of iced tea required by this Southern girl. Wouldn't even hold the mint sprig adequately!!

Oh, I do love a food post. I have to chime in: ONLY plain M&Ms for me, unless they are the "Shrek" giant-sized ones. I prefer crunchy PB, and, ohhhh...PB on toast. I can eat about 40 slices. Have you ever had natural PB? It tastes really good, but you have to STIR it to get the oil at the top mixed in. Pretty gross. I must drink out of water bottles. As for chicken, cut up some chicken breast, throw the chunks with some mushrooms into a ziplock bag. Add dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. Mush it up and refrigerate. Throw it all in a frying pan with a little oil and more balsamic vinegar. Serve over rice. VOILA!
I have grown to like the natural peanut butter, and realized I could burn off some calories before consuming via the STIRRING. Ooooh good chicken thing! Will have to try. And I must say, the tan does look becoming... and all over! I am in awe. You da bomb.
