I looooove potatoes, but I'm picky about potato chips. I prefer my mashed potatoes from scratch since they only take about 20 mins to make. Baked potatoes are done in the microwave, and they're delicious!! I like them with butter and a bit of adobo seasoning sprinkled on. Mmmm yummy!!!!

I know, I'm lazy about the mashed potatoes, and I do love them so much more homemade - although I have to tell you, I've been making dinner more since the job melted. Adobo seasoning -- another idea I'll have to try.
Will probably spend the LD weekend laying in provisions and waiting to get on the road, while keeping an eye on the latest track. Doesn't look good this AM, and hotel rooms to the north are gone, baby gone.

3 - Sour cream, cheese, broccoli and loads of pepper... but someone else has to make them for me, so I end up with the fast food ones. :-(

They are remarkably good. the garlic doesn't overpower, and the more stuff I have to throw in, the better I like it.
I grew up eating the Hungry Jack instant potatoes and still get a taste for them every now and then.
Corrin -- luckily the two male people don't seem to recognize the difference and I can get by with them so often LOL.
Are Zaps potato chips? I've never heard of them. I'll have to look for some if they're that good.
