Sheesh. 
My wife is smallish as well, and didn't grow to enormous proportions, but went through similar issues. Rest assured, they will get a little smaller due to breast feeding (at least, right after feeding they will, then they'll blow up again). They'll be back to normal again once you've weened the fuzzball.
I don't have a problem with big breast feeding boobs, but then again, I may have some sort of fetish or something

Sweetie, my Bs turned into double Ds when my milk came in. I thought they were huge and gross while pregnant too but nothing like the hard boobs of steal that were each large enough to feed an entire nursey of babies. Good news, they do shrink up, your nipples will be the right color and size, they do get firmer, the stretch marks do fade. It all takes a few years, but firmness will return if you workout a couple times a week.
