Gravatar Lookin' good.

It's funny... I started a scarf with the same pattern back when I was a kid, so I thought it was funny that Aunt Purl had to describe how it was done. (Wasn't it obvious?!? ) Oh well, I guess some thing are obvious to some, and not others.

Your needles look really nice! What kind are they? (I just have the cheapo Boye ones.)

Gravatar The scarf is lookin' nice and stash bustin' to boot! Wooohooo!

Gravatar Congrats on the books? Are they doing very well? I've always wanted to be able to sell my own patterns or designs. Any tips for me?

Gravatar That was supposed to say: Congrats on the books!!!! And so on..

Gravatar Andrea - they are Lantern Moon ebony needles. I love 'em!

Gravatar Drew - Would you mind if I added you to my links Section on my blog? You see - i am lazy. I love to read your blog - but everytime I want to read it I end up going to Carzy Aunt Purl - finding a comment form you and clicking on it. Which really keeps me from reading your blog as often as I would liek to.

Gravatar Drew! We have the same needles! I love the Latern Moon ebony sticks, I have them in almost every size. Something about a luscious straight needle just makes me so happy.

My internet is out at home so I am behind on email and blogging and *sigh* I miss stalking you dahlink.

Ok, I have to go buy your book now, since the SnB is tonight! See how far behind I am!

Gravatar Hey Crochet Dude!!! Boy am I behind the loop at HMB (only been working on my own group since I've been pregnant . I didn't now you had your own blog, but why should I be surprised?? Looks awesome. Come visit mine sometime--I haven't got anything crochet up yet, just babbling about my life in general, but I will some day. I'm amazed--there are some things you bloggers do, I have no idea how ya do it, how you get some of the stuff in...:-S Looks like you're having fun, keep bloggin' and stitchin'!

Gravatar Everything you've been working on looks wonderful! Especially the cable sweater... I may have to make one for myself after seeing yours. Just wanted to mention that I whipped up several of you floral dishcloths last night for a few gifts. WHat a great pattern. I think I may use it for a coaster for June's gifts.

Gravatar Argh! First you tempt me with the cable sweater...I had to go out and buy the yarn for it today...the sweater didn't appeal to me until I bought a pair of turquoise linen pants..then I saw your blog

but I digress,

Now you tempt me with 1. the scarf and 2. the lantern moon needles.

Cease and desisit!

Gravatar crap! *desist

Gravatar Temptation thy name is Drew! (making the sign of the cross with my index fingers!)

I really love that scarf, Drew. I think it'll be my next knitted project after I've finished moving into our new place. I haven't picked up any yarn crafts in the past 3 weeks and I'm having major withdrawal, so I'm sure this scarf will get me back on track really really soon! I also think it'll be the perfect Christmas present for the men in my life (DH, dads, etc.)
