Dude, whats on yer mind?

Wow, gorgeous!

Gravatar Wow, that is beautiful!

Gravatar This is the MOST gorgeous afghan I've ever seen. Really. It is amazing. It's art.

Gravatar Absolutely gorgeous. I love it. I'll have to keep that in the back of my mind for awhile as right now I can't seem to stop knitting.
Soooo, what are you doing with all of that yellow yarn? OK, OK, I'll wait to see.
Hugs, Faye

Gravatar I agree with Regina - that is not an afghan - that is art.
I'll have to keep an eye on ebay for that pattern

Gravatar Drew: Thats amazing. Did you hang it? I would like to do it and hang it on the wall as in the leaflet its in. Was it hard?

Gravatar Oh, WOW! That is absolutely gorgeous! You did an outstanding job!

Gravatar That's amazing. I'd love to be able to do that. Beautiful.

Gravatar Well done Drew. Absolutely stunning, a work of art!

Gravatar Whoa...is that ever gorgeous!!

Gravatar I just hope mine turns out as lovely.

Thanks for at least being our cheerleader

Gravatar I have that pattern and have always wanted to do it. I think I'll bump it up on the WIM list.

Gravatar just amazing and stunning. For me, it deserves the "F-bomb" (as in potty mouth) in the best of ways..but I won't do that publicly. Great work!

Gravatar Wow...that is beautyful. Is it a varigated yarn that makes up the "glass" part of the "windows"?

Gravatar Can I be original and say it's beautiful? Seriously, it is gorgeous... I am in awe of the beauty of that afghan... Wow... Drew, you never cease to impress and amaze me.

Gravatar Oh my GOD that is so beautiful.

As much as I want to try this, there's just no way. Not that I couldn't do it (been crocheting since age 7) but MAN...I've got too many other things that need finishing first!

(I really need to stay off your blog. It's just too good. )

Gravatar So pretty- I'm gonna be on the look-out for this pattern!

Gravatar It looks beautiful! It's spectacular.

Gravatar What a beautiful afghan. It would be a pleasure to stay home sick, just so I could lie on the sofa with it.

Gravatar I love your blog AND that amazing cathedral window afghan...geez louise that ROCKS!!!!!

Gravatar Now I want one!

Gravatar Wow...just stumbled onto this photo. I've never crocheted, but this afghan makes me want to learn!!!

Gravatar is there any chance you remember the colors/brand you used for this? I have just stumbled onto your site and this is AMAZING!

Thanks

Gravatar I am SO pleased you and so many of your readers like my afghan. It is still may favorite, even though I have designed and published dozens more since.

I would be more than happy to work with anyone who is having trouble finding the yarn for my afghan. Heck, it took ME 3 months to find the right yarn 10 years ago, and much of it has stopped being made since then. But, I keep checking current offerings because folks keep calling me to ask.

Gravatar It is marvelous. You have done a great project. If by any chance you still have the pattern, I would be interested to try it. Thank you.

Gravatar THAT is THE most beautiful afghan I had ever set my eytes on!! It is simply breath taking!

Gravatar Wowww!! Thats is a good, good work, so beautiful,I like colors mix too.
Regards.
Mae

Gravatar ! OMG how did you manage to FIND that pattern! I've seen it for sale for like.. FIFTY to ONE HUNDRED bucks on ebay-- ooo Me so jealous!! )@(#*!@()#

Gravatar You did a fabulous job. That is the BEST interpretation of the pattern that I've ever seen. It practically glows!

Gravatar The pattern IS available at Annie's Attic now! It is item #885034, "Cathedral Rose Window Afghan" and sells for $6.99. They even list the colors of Red Heart they used in the sample!

Gravatar Just beautiful work. I also made this afghan - I gave it to my Grandmother - as a way to thank her for teaching me to crochet in the first place - also, because the last time we were in Paris - we were unable to get to Notre Dame. I thought she might like to have a piece of it with her always. (She just loved it.)

If anyone else is truly interested in giving this one a try - Annie's Attic has brought the pattern back "by popular demand." I believe it is only 6.99 USD. Definitely worth the investment.

Blessings.

Gravatar Your cathedral Rose Window afghan is a stunner. Unfortunately all I can do is drool over it. Alas no-one supplies this pattern to Australia. It certainly is a work of art.
