Oh my, how simple is that? I have stayed away from joining type afghans because I detest the thought of whimstiching or sc'ing something together! Not only is that simple, it's very pretty!!!

I am not trying to be rude at all...but I thought that was more or less THE way to join for an afghan. I guess we both more or less instinctivly hit on this method.

I really wish I could understand this. Whenever I've made a blanket in the past, I simply join the squares using blanket stictch. Your method seems so fabulous, but I just don't understand it! Do you give lessons?

I love your way of joining the squares that is the 12 inch squares. How would you join 6,8,10 inch squares? doing it the way you have with the 12 inch squares?
