Dude, whats on yer mind?

Gravatar Wow what a great place to go!

I really liked going through your list. I haven't been paying much attention to other's, but somehow yours made me look.

Drew: Thanks Kelly, I'm honored!

Gravatar New England in the fall is gorgeous.. come on out!

Drew: Every time I think of going it's when I see the fall colors on t.v. It looks just incredible!!

Gravatar My husband and I tried to go to Pompeii and got on the wrong train. We were very sad that we missed it- but it was December, so once the mistake was made, there wasn't time to get back to the right place before dark.

By the way, I showed him #71, and he's wondering if you need players? Hee hee.

Drew: It's an amazing place. Now when I see shows about it on the History/Disovery channels I can put it all in perspective. It was a huge thriving metropolis that was completely buried. Amazing.

I have #71nd in years and years. I don't think I remember how now!

Gravatar I think I remember when you talked with an accent for an entire day. You sounded like "Serge", the art gallery character played by Bronson Pinchot in Beverly Hills Cop.

Yup, I laghed my a$$ off all day.

Now I'm wondering if you've done this more than once.

Drew: No comment....

Gravatar Hmm...I'm amazed at how much of the stuff on the list I HAVEN'T done. I've got to get out more! Pompeii sounds cool though.

Drew: Hi Tami! As they say "Get out there!".

Gravatar # 51 - Visit Ireland
DO IT!!! I went, by myself, in May and it was one of the best things I've ever done. Its made me decide to make international travel an annual event.

#82 - DIY DOES count.

Gravatar Regarding #146... What color? :D

Ya know, I thought you were interesting before reading this. Now I'm just in love. ;^)

Gravatar your one about giggling in church made me laugh...my son and & I were in church, a very rigid one (we were still trying to find one we liked after we moved) and after the collection plate passed he said "why don't you put a Shake & Bake coupon in there" I didn't know what he was talking about so he proceeded to tell about the Simpsons episode where Homer did that at church. For some reason this struck me so funny, I couldn't stop laughing. I had to actually quit looking at my son because everytime I did I would crack up. My birthday rolled around and he got me the Lisa Simpson action figure dressed in her church dress and the collection plate with the coupon was included in the package...not as funny telling the story, but man, I wish he had not told me that during church.

Gravatar pompeii was the *best* thing about italy. amazing place.

Gravatar Hmmm, that list was pretty interesting and telling but I think it would be even more fun to see your answers to the Purity test :D

Gravatar Drew, you're more than welcome to visit Connecticut. My husband can take you on a private plane ride durig the foliage. You'll love it!

Gravatar So many things on there I would love to do but #96, which I'm still in the middle of, keeps me from doing a lot of travelling. Maybe someday!!

Gravatar What???? This list hasn't got "Go to New Zealand" on it!!! Why don't you come and see us over here?

Gravatar You do know that New England is 6 states, not 1, right?

Gravatar Great pics!! ~M~

Gravatar You'll have to visit lovely Fairbanks AK in the dead of winter to see the northern lights. While you're here you can also load up on muskox (umingmak) yarn ($50 skein!!!) or at least go visit them at the farm =)

Gravatar *waves from Reno*

Tahoe is just awesome. Too bad it costs an arm and a leg to live there now. o.0

Gravatar I must read the whole list when I come back from Finland.

One thing you need to experience, The Northern Lights.

I still miss seeing them.

Gravatar I live in the land of Northern Lights...saw 'em last week..kinda strange for August though not completely unheard of. And I seriously find it hard to believe you've never sand Karayoke! Hee, hee.

Gravatar Wow, what a list...it may not always feel like it, but it seems you have had a very full life to this point. Although there are many things still to do, your accomplishments are impressive. Congratulations! BTW - thanks to you I now read Laurie's blog and love it. I felt an instant connection - must be the cats (and maybe the divorce thing too). Take care of yourself!

Drew: Hi Sheryl, thanks for the encouragement! I'm glad you found Laurie's blog too. All must read the craziness that is Aunt Purl.

Gravatar kangaroo meat? did it taste like chicken?

my mom and i got the giggles in church so bad once we almost had to leave. there was a woman wearing a really bright hat and when she turned around it had a flower on it that was bigger than the actual hat! for some reason we just lost it!

Gravatar Haven't you heard of Stranger Danger, lol?
