Cool bananas!
One word of advice, just in case you didn't know.... Never, and I mean never, put bananas in the fridge. Bananas and refrigerators do not mix. They will turn black and mushy before you can sneeze. A cool dark place is a much better option. Too bad your banana plant keeled over though, but it will probably die back over the winter anyways.

It's a serious downshift when you get back from a long vacation where drinks and food were layed in front of you like you were a king or queen. The reality of schleping together your own meal never seems to be as fulfilling. Buy hey, soon you'll have some tasty bananas to dig into. I love bananas!

I'd be in heaven if I had a banana tree in my backyard! Love them. Just don't put them in the fridge! Yukky.
That yarn is scrumptious. I'll look forward to seeing what you create from it.

So when are you going for the-removal-of-extra-fingers surgery?! Lol.
You sure those are eating bananas and not cooking ones?

I have a banana tree that doesn't produce, is badly located, and will not die. I cut it down and it comes right back! What's the secret to actually having it make bananas? Does it need a boy banana tree nearby or something?

Yay! You're back! I don't even know you and I missed you. The cruise looks like heaven. I'm glad you had a good time.
I didn't know you could grow bananas in this country. That is so cool.
