WHOA. I didn't even remember that I wrote this post because I sent it and it came right back as being crazy-undeliverable. Weird.

Yeah - they were long fact patterns and then like, on what basis would a judge grant/deny this motion, etc.? I haven't had many multiple-choice tests but they're usually stinking hard because the writer isn't any good. It really is difficult to make a good MC test.

But I also had to write 5 essays in 90 minutes, so however well I might have done on part 1, I'm sure I flubbed up on part 2.
