by the way, yes it is really difficult to BLOG AND WORK. i thought i'd left a comment on the other post but it seems to have got lost. but the point is, it depends on what you want to do with your blog. for me, it's a reminder that i do think occasionally outside of my work environment about non-work related things. that's why i keep it going...and also, that was the reason why i started it (i was definitely working as a lawyer in 2003).
