I have a nose with no bridge as well. My glasses continually slide down my nose and I can't do anything about it.

The treads sounds like a good idea (it works on tires after all), but I wonder if that would irritate nose skin.

I have heard of people getting their nose pieced with a magnetic rod and wearing glasses that have magnetic nosepieces. I'm sure it works well, but that seems extreme to me.

I've seen them in the pharmacy. They are tiny oval shaped foam that you peal off & stick to the nose part... TaDaa!
