Emma, thanks so much for this info. on the NCEP. I'm going to use it in a lesson plan I'm creating for my 6th graders (health class). By the way, I have a long history of heart disease in my family but I've been able to keep my cholesterol in check with heart-healthy products such as margarine and of course some important lifestyle modifications.
