I'm a morning person, but quite as early as you! I set my alarm for 5:35am(It makes my feel better to get that extra 5 minutes)lol!
I do the treadmill in the winter and walk and run in the neighborhood the rest of the time. I try for an hour, but 1/2 hour is a must!!


Gravatar Ugh. I used to get up early to exercise and I loved it. But now I get up at 5:15 to make it to work on time anyway. Maybe after I get more used to that I can be an allstar like you
