Gravatar I hope you are in better spirits. I've been kind of down lately as well.

My prescription: WALKING!
I usually do the treadmill and recumbent bike, but I recently starting walking outside again and it is sooooo refreshing and it definately boosts your spirits. Try it and call me in the morning-or "in blog world I guess you would just comment"

Smile, it uses less muscles than frowning!
