You go girl! I totally hear you on this one. I am the same way. But sometimes even with the sleep and exercise every morning, I'm still grouchy!!! So my trick to making up for it to my co-workers is to bring in cookies, cakes, brownies- you get the idea. So maybe you should get baking!! Make sure your stocked up on margarine
