The cat wasn't traumatized, but she WAS very concerned about you. She told me this morning that you should consider curling up under the desk in the study next to the electrical cords to sleep for two hours - that always puts her right. Alternatively, you could open the back window, arch your back, sniff the breeze and yowl at the invading .. er ...cardinals and, um, blue jays.
