Am in eastern NC with a cat much like yours. Would love to be able to send you some eastern NC barbeque, but haven't figured out how to get it overnighted and still taste like hickory NC has the best bbq in the world.

Thanks, Paula. I wish you could send me some 'cue, too.

Whenever I visit family and friends at home, I bring a little Coleman beer cooler with me. I buy the cue, pack it in pint-sized plastic freezer containers, freeze it hard and bring it home with me. That seems to work okay... believe it or not, it thaws beautifully and still tastes great.
