Nah, he's just making the scary Clint Eastwood eyes for the camera.

As near as we can tell, Gato is one of those cats that is missing whatever gene it is to make him susceptible to the charms of catnip... he doesn't respond to it at all.

As for whatever else he might be stoned on, I haven't had any of that in the house since Carrie finished chemo. Five years!
