I thought I was empty nesting...then my eldest graduated from college and took a permanent job - which means no holiday vacations and summers here, ... who would've thought it was that much different? and then we got custody of my eldest stepdaughter who's still in high school, so now we're a year away again from pseudo-empty nesting. Have you adjusted yet?
