Gravatar Oh my gosh! I love love love this! Don't be surprised if you see that I have made one on my blog. I HAVE to try this pattern. And I love the fabric.

Gravatar Definitely a winner! I love this. The fabric is beautiful and the fit looks great.

Gravatar Once again, you've made something great! You look wonderful. One of these days I'm going to start sewing...

Gravatar ah yes, i have had so many problems with wrap dresses not fitting the way that you describe. great idea to use one size on top and a different size on the bottom.

another beautiful dress! your closet must be bursting at the seams!

Gravatar That dress is fabulous! Where did you get the fabric?

Gravatar I have enormous respect for your skills, but I LOVE your sassy photos!

Gravatar When are we going to see you on Project Runway?? You would beat the hell out of the competition!

Gravatar erica, this dress is gorgeous! also the green shirtdress.

and i agree, michael's dress was amazing. i looooove michael. if he doesn't win, there's no justice in the world. although i could never, ever wear it, his outfit for pam grier made me weak at the knees. so, so hot.

Gravatar Love this dress! Especially the fabric you choose to use. It is very flattering on you.

Gravatar Your dresses are fabulous!

Gravatar both dresses are stunning!

Gravatar I have been looking for a REAL wrap dress... I have a Burda Magazine pattern for a "wrap" dress but I like yours much better!! If I can only get over my fear of stretch knit...

Gravatar I love it Erica. I was never interested in wrap dresses because of the flashing aspect of it, but this one fits you really well. I bought a Kwik Sew pattern last week, and I love how the pattern is printed. I may even consider this one, sistah here, got a birthday coming up. Was this an easy sew, oh nevermind, that word isn't in your vocabulary. You just conquer, sew, and finish.

Gravatar I have overlooked this pattern, but will now give it a second thought. Your dress is wonderful, and fits beautifully. I too love Michael's designs on Project Runway. I don't understand why his completely reversable shirtdress did not win. True, Vincent's dress was good (the only good thing that wacky man has done) but gee..... I also like Laura's style (I actually think that she and Michael would be a good design team. Uli's designs are quite lovely, but not as classic and Michael's and Laura's.

Gravatar wow, another fab dress! It's gorgeous, such a fantastic fit. I've never checked out the Kwik-sew patterns before, but I will now.

Gravatar Wow. You're totally working that dress! Love it!

Gravatar Gorgeous!! That fabric looks dreamy. It's very flattering. Great job!

Gravatar wow! another gorgeous dress! Love it!!

Gravatar Really happy to see your review of this dress. I really like it. I may have to go buy another pattern!!!

Gravatar This dress looks absolutely fabulous on you. Beautiful fit.

Gravatar I tried sewing in fact I earned a badge in Cadet Girl Scouts and did my project by hand! You've renewed my interest causing me to consider taking a sewing class and buying a nifty new sewing machine. I'm impressed by your talent!

Gravatar Another fabulous outfit!

Gravatar Thanks everyone for all of your wonderful compliments!

Gravatar I absolutly LOVE this dress! The color is wonderful and the style is so great! I've been reading your blog for a few days now, and I must say, you've inspired me to start sewing my own clothes again after nearly 15 years! Excellent job on everything!

Gravatar You have incredible style, your choices in color are flawless, and your ability to see what’s hot today and make it “for you” is truly a timeless gift.

Gravatar You just look so good in the things you make. Great job!!

Gravatar You are absolutely GORGEOUS, and your sewing is impeccable! I will definitely keep reading your blog, you are an inspiration.

Gravatar I've been reading your blog for a while now, and your sewing is outstanding. I have to ask you about this wrap dress: Does the skirt "unwrap" every time you sit down? Is it fastened together underneath somehow? That's the only thing that's holding me back from making this one. After all, I've already bought the fabric.
