Gravatar Very cute! I can't wait to show my mom this! I have this pattern in my stash...hmmm lol. I have some shoes just like those, but I tie them around the bottom of the shoe to make and X across the top of my foot! LOL

Gravatar I remember when you picked that fabric out! I so like it!

But I really LOVE the shoes! :oD

Gravatar Hi Erica, you talk about always doing a 1" full bust adjustment. I have never done a FBA and I am wondering if my clothing would fit better if I did? Can you direct me to the instructions you use to create that adjustment? What about if a pattern does not have a dart at all and you need to put one in? Thanks for any suggestions or direction!!
Kim

Gravatar This is a very nice dress. I LOVE the fabric. Congratulations on completing the SWAP! I have thought about participating but never committed. I always find inspiration here!

Gravatar Kim, you need to get you a copy of "Fit For Real People".

Gravatar Love the fabric you chose!

Gravatar I agree with the SAHM lifestyle and the need to look nice. I was struck by one thing you said... You mean you actually find time to go to the movies and have date nights??? (smile)

Gravatar FABULOUS!!!Great job! Thanks for sharing the details on how made all your outfits. That really helps me.Love that dress.

Gravatar Looks gorgeous! Love those shoes too.

Gravatar Wow! I am so glad to see the dress on a lady with a real figure. I was a little nervous to try it myself--until now.

Thanks for all your notes on this pattern (and the rocking jeans pattern from McCalls). Your comments certainly help intimitated seamstresses!
