Intersting that they have their winter dance in December (when there is usually MORE THAN ENOUGH TO KEEP EVERYONE BUSY!!!!) Around here it's usually in Feb, maybe March.

If you look at the previous post, it's just lace hem tape. Nothing that is needed, just my personal preference for finishing a hem.

Nope, not a NYE dress for me. This is style (and length) is waaaaaaay too young for me. The dress is for my 15 yr old daughter, Amber.

meoW. c'est tres fantastique. that is a perfect dress. it doesn't look too fitted, so it's a good dress to make you feel lovely despite that added holiday weight.
I was in Hancocks last night (there's only one left in the area here - sob) and saw this fabulous wool - it's gorgeous in person too! As I was approaching the store I noticed 1/2 off signs every where, and wondered if it meant this store was closing too, but the sales clerk assured me that no, it was "just a sale". I sure hope so. I was very tempted to buy some of this at 1/2 price! I like red too!
