Hi Meg! Thanks a lot! A FBA is a "Full Bust Adjustment". Patterns are drafted for a B cup and if you are larger (or smaller), you have to adjust. Even if you are a B cup, you still may have to make an adjustment if you have a hight or low bust. HTH

Hi Erica! What a wonderful site and TERRIFIC job with the wardrobe contest. You continually inspire me! Could I ask you a favor? I see you laid out your wardrobe using Photo Shop. A while back I saw an entry in one of the PatternReview.com entries on how the person used photo shop to lay out their wardrobe on a single page with just the clothing photos outlined. But I cannot find the entry now! : ( Can you share how you did this with Photo Shop or where I might find instructions? A sincere thanks!!!!

I'm no Photoshop expert at all. My son pretty much told me what to do. We have Adobe Photoshop CS2 which includes Adobe Image Ready (which is now obsolete). I find Image Ready to be a lot more user friendly... too bad they go rid of it.
All of your outfits look wonderful! You did a good job.

Hello, I've been looking at your blog for a while now and finally had to post a comment and tell you how much I enjoy it! I think your clothes are absolutely beautiful; you are really talented! I think the world of sewing is SO fascinating-such as the creativity, elegance, and uniqueness a person can imprint by sewing their own fashions. Both my Mom and Grandmother are seamstresses too (well, my Grandmother used to be, she's going on 90 now!) and I will also be continuing the tradition and learning how to sew. Thanks for making such an interesting blog!
