Gravatar Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is really good. Dark and suspenseful, with some humorous comic relief. The Transformers was, to me, overly long with way too much teen angst as a competing plot line. Visual effects were great however, so I did enjoy it, just not as much as Harry Potter.

Gravatar Oh, I wish my family would drag me to a movie! Rather, they would drag me to go camping. Ugh.

Gravatar I loooved the Transformers when I was a kid and just reread the last three HP's in anticipation of the new one coming out. Lucky girl.

Gravatar Glad you enjoyed yourself! A break is often a good thing! My daughter can't wait to get her Harry Potter Book!!!

Gravatar We saw both of those ourselves. Now I'm so excited for the new Harry Potter book I can't stand it (good thing it's out this weekend)!

Gravatar Sounds like a relaxing good time weekend!!My kids want to see the transformers.I hope I can take them this week.

Gravatar Lucky you. I liked Transformers, but did not get a chance to see Harry Potter. I am definitely getting the book and hope to see the movie this weekend.

Gravatar I have no interest in seeing Harry, but isn't Transformers one of the best movies of the summer! I really enjoyed it!!!
Glad you had fun with the fam!

Gravatar Glad to hear you got a good break. All sewing and no play..... no wait, all sewing's good, too!

Gravatar So, my hubby says that Transformers is the action movie of the year. He normally doesn't pay to see a movie twice, but he made an exception for this one. Do tell... Does Harry Potter die at the end?

Gravatar Nope... HP does not die. This movie is from book #5.
