We really enjoyed the movie. My family and some friends went last night. I loved the costumes, make-up and jewelry. The producers certainly picked the right mix of actors for the movie version of the Broadway Show. I often avoid going opening night of a new movie for fear of someone causing problems in the audience - sadly, there was a fight in the parking lot and we quickly got in our vehicles and left. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable evening.

By the way...excellent work on the designer jacket.

Wishing you and yours a fantastic holiday season. I absolutely loved Dreamgirls. I have been a fan of Beyonce, Jamie and Eddie. I have also added Ms. Jennifer Hudson and Anika Noni Rose to the mix. I just think everyone did such a great job. I loved it and will be seeing it again soon

I loved it too. Beyonce got better as the movie went along. Jennifer was amazing as was Eddie. Jamie seemed a little off, but if he was the weakest link then there's nothing to complain about.

Just wanted to check in and say after seeing the movie, Eddie Murphy and Jennifer Hudson both deserve to win Golden Globes and Oscar nominations! That movie was phenomenal! I cried and cried when Jennifer Hudson sang, "I am telling you I am not going!" I think I cried more than I did when I saw Jennifer Holliday do it on Broadway because there was so much pain in Hudson's voice. Truly a great, great movie! If you haven't seen it go! It is worth the price of admission.

I had an opportunity to see Dreamgirls and I totally agree that Jennifer Hudson stole the show. You know you're good when you have a theater full of people clapping and cheering to a movie screen but it was like Ms. Hudson stepped off the screen and made us feel she needed Curtis Taylor Jr. I pray that Ms. Hudson reaps the harvest of her hard work.
