Well, now that we have the children out of the house, we are having dinner at home. I got up early and put Beef Burgundy in the crock pot. I also have a lemon tart in the fridge. My plan is to come home from work, set the table (woohoo, linens and candles!), change into my black dress and brand new red pumps and have a nice romantic, non-hurried dinner with my husband. Hope everyone has a good evening planned also.

Since hubby works at night and our schedules are polar opposite, I awakened this morning to a personal chef in my kitchen at 6 AM. The chef served us waffles, a fresh fruit salad, turkey sausage, mimosas (oh, I only had one) and cafe au lait.

He'd arranged this all on his own and unbeknownst to me.

I feel like the best wife ever!

Hope you had a great Valentines day. We went to a new Brazilian BBQ restaurant with two other couples and really had a great time - and ate too much. It was fun.
