I have a huge problem with this. First it is 2009 and it is only the fourth state to realize that it is not only illegal, but immoral to not let them get married, and secondly four states have declared it illegal, if it is illegal in 4 states shouldn't it be illegal in all 49? I mean in theory we should be taking this to the Supreme Court and having them overthrow all states at once and making it a federal law that gays can be married.

Hey Emily,

Great news indeed. I think it might be the case that it is illegal for haters to suck it though. Perhaps that is the next bit of legislation upon which our representatives can concentrate the force of their will.
