in a way i guess it's better that you ain't invited. Imagine either your ex or your friend sent you a wedding invitation and on it you saw both names, how would you react? To go and feel like needles poking your heart? or to not to go and don't give them face (sort of)?
If you feel that your friend (the HIM) has some moral issue, that's entirely his problem. Don't even bother to waste a nanosecond to feel angry or unhappy.

come on,i'm not that immature,gosh i can't say much,cause i won't understand how you feel,but i had a serious crush on a girl at pri2,we always had fun and chat together on the bus,one day,we seperated buses,classes,and stopped talking eventually,till recent years,then i could forget about her,i still remembers where she stays,and how she looks like,her surname,and her beautiful laughter and smile,shes now in Special stream,which is impossible for me,i;m a NA student,and shes probably forgotten about me,well...i doubt my story is even more hurtful that yours,well..u'll get over it after some time,relax...
