I think we have a clear answer to that.

Decency fled the Congress long ago. Now, like some returning refugees, it has to fight its way back in.

I hope the body count will be less in this campaign.

Yeah, I was thinking more of the Democrats when I said that (on the theory that Democrats had voted for the bill in the Senate, to make it unanimous). I'm still confused about who was there in the Senate. Supposedly just three, and unanimous (!)? But John Warner says he voted against it?!
