EuroYank

Gravatar Admit it Euro, you have a soft spot in your heart for Americans! Why else would you be trying to help them out by educating them? Your secret is safe with me!

Gravatar Americans have a problem, they have to emulate the wealthy. There is a development in my area of mini mansions, I have heard more than once that you walk into half these houses and there is no furniture. Americans with a dream, to make a million dollars. Lets start with the mansion and a big dream and do it on Americans favorite drug, CREDIT. The land of opportunity, dreams and credit. Well the bubbles burst, welcome back reality.

Gravatar I though I would stop in and see what's up and watch a few videos.
Have a great day...

Gravatar Oh Euro,
You continually amaze me with your brilliance.

Yet each time I come here I cry.

I cry for my country. For all that we have lost and most of all what we will continue to lose.

It breaks my heart. You know I care. I truly do. I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face.

Whenever I think of our country now. All I can remember is "The Fall of Rome"!

Until I started blogging I truly didn't realize all of the things that I do now.

I too for way too many years was so ignorant. But, I am aware now. And, I send my gratitude to you for helping me wake up even more.

I know sometimes I snap at you. For that I truly apologize. But, I so want to hold onto something that is vanishing at the speed of light.

It's hard Euro to let go....so very, very hard. Can you feel my pain? I am crying for my country, my children, and my grandchildren.

Oh God what and why have we let this happen?

Gravatar Shinade: I saw a quote somewhere, it might have been on Euro's site, and it said, "The Truth will set you free; but, first it's gonna piss you off!" A lot of us are in the sad-to-pissed-off stage right now, not to worry though, keep informed and alert!
Euro: I haven't read Greenspan's book but it seems obvious by the interview that he knew the dangers of cronyism during his decades as Chairman of the Fed but played the game anyway. It's a danger that anyone who is in a position to change the system is soon corrupted by it and stays mute. Scary.

Gravatar Hi Euro
It was so frustrating today, watching how this country is a small box of lies and stupidity, intolerance and people that live their Lives JUST to Judge Others, civilians and politicians, that's all what they do, its sickening.

I came from a free country, a very corrupt one Mexico, but much more free in so many ways. The US is so far from having nothing to do with freedom, the media and the government and everything just want to take you as you were sheep in a direction and if you go in another direction you will be in a lot of trouble.

I am happy there are people smart like you talking about all these things and hopefully some eyes will be opened. Just wanted to say it! Have a good night!

Gravatar Euro:
Houston certainly epitomizes what you've touched on here. It's not enough to have a house, or a job. Here, it's all about buying McMillion dollar homes, yet most people can't afford to live in them. Always love coming by to visit your site. Lots to review and think about.

Scot

Gravatar I know, what is the point of getting money to get what you want if you will never have enough?! Happy is the one that is satisfied and happy with what they are and have,(I am not talking about the losser type but the one that works and knows how to be happy with what they have) trying to be happy by having material things just make you more empty because the happiness comes from inside, from having light inside, from filling up and fueling your heart, sould, spirit, mind...
Anyways, I am not perfect but I try hard every day, Thank you for your contribution to saving what is left of this world Your site is wonderfull.

Gravatar Oh brother, you are so right... I cannot believe how we Americans go around not seeing or believing, well, basically it is more like complacency. People merely accept that which is dished out to them, BUT, this is true in MOST countries. It is a damned shame because even when fired up or tired of it, most will do nothing, and some won't even partake in discussions of the truth... it is a sad state of affairs, and capitalism is worse than most other forms of control, especially when it is done in the facade of democracy... I am proud of your vigilance to bring forth the truth, it is time and it is necessary... excellent post... sorry it took me so long, but, here I be, bro'.... hope all is well with you!

Gravatar Yes it is a shame, and as long as we can spread our points of view, we have to do our best everywhere we go and in our own lives. There are many interests for the ones with the power, and we people are less than ants for them. We are manipulated as they wish. It is hard to not fall into their game, but here we are, fighting and searching, finding and sharing and that is good

Gravatar The root of our problems is corporate cronyism thru the lobbying mechanism and corporate funding of our elections, Americans have to realize that stopping this dynamic has to be the first step towards regaining an America that we WERE familiar with.

Gravatar That is right.

Gravatar Damn! i love your blog dude. Your blog is fire! Looks awesome!

Gravatar Hi Euro, another great post! When you say Americans, who exactly are you referring to? The way I see it, it is a combination of government and uneducated, religion based citizens. To illustrate my point, think about this:
When a terrorist does something and they are from, say for an example, Iran; we may generalize that Iran is responsible, while it is really just somebody from Iran. When other countries refer to Americans, they not talking about me...haha!!!

When "America" does something, like starting a war, it's not us "Americans" that did it, it's our government. If an American bombed a hotel in China in a act of terrorism, would China blame America for it, or just that individual? It's quite an idea to contemplate. What if in response, China put military bases in Washington D.C. and completely destabilized our government? We would freaking HATE them for that. This is one main reason the Mideast hates America.

Do you think it's too late for us to care? Do you think a new president will make any difference? One thing that scares me, is now, the congress is becoming mostly democrats. Knowing this, I believe the next election will be rigged and John McCain will be president no matter what votes are cast. The Neo-Con mentality gives me shivers.

Gravatar Just wanted to make sure you saw this, Euro Yank:

Gravatar Hi Euro,
I am on the road with Walter and have a terrible signal. So I cannot view the videos well at all.

But, thank you for remembering our dead and those such as yourself who did serve for this country.

Gravatar it's called ''the american dream'' because as long as everyone's dreaming they won't notice those big cocks being shoved up their asses...
