I always feel about my unpublished manuscripts (of which I have several), that I've not moved on from them so much as just kind of set them down for a bit. They're still there. They might pop up again at any moment. Especially if I come upto a dry patch.

I've found that when I'm not able to come up with much new stuff, I can still go back and shape other things.
