Hard to un-torture them? Heh. No f**king kidding! The effects of torture, once performed, cannot be undone, and subsequent efforts to legitimize "evidence" initially obtained by torture should be dismissed out of hand in later court proceedings.
If we as a nation reject torture... we must reject torture already accomplished as surely as torture in progress or contemplated in the future. "No torture" means just that.

This could well be a big problem for them. If they lose these cases due to their own breaking of the law, it would be bizarre, wouldn't it.
