Very, very cool site, Monk. Thanks for passing that one on. I'm already inspired, and it's still too hot down here in Florduh for me to get out the stockpot.....at least IMO.
Glad you found it interesting BA. It looks like Heidi has the same food philosophy though she is much more into Asian than I. It shouldn't be too much longer before the stockpot is ready to rock. I will post on anything I find that is really interesting.
I have always loved Heidi's website. Her cookbooks are terrific. Glad you found her site, too.
