OMG! Velveeta is cheese? I've always used it as waterproof repair putty.
Velveeta is a depression remedy... once a year, when your outlook on life is at its lowest ebb and you truly don't care what Velveeta does to your arteries, make a hot dip of it and skip the chips, just plunge your face directly into the ooze and suck. Hmm... "when life sucks, suck Velveeta." Tonight would be a good night for me, but fortunately I don't keep the V-stuff on hand.
As a liberal, I'm glad to be told what I like to eat; I'd never have figured it out on my own.
Steve, I will admit that on several occasions I have mixed Velveeta with Rotel tomatoes and served it as a cheese dip at a party. Even worse, it is tasty.
