I just posted on this. Hadley is still making "Iran is a threat" noises. It's absolutely unbelievable what they are trying to get away with on this.

Iran has a case for dropping the sanctions already imposed, base on this NIE and the other members of the Security Council are not going to be happy that the US blocked the publication of these conclusions.
