When were these MOPs developed, for what purpose, and under whose authorization? The MOAB was tested and deployed less than five years ago, and they're saying we already need something bigger than the Mother Of All Bombs? something too big to carry in a current B-2? You gotta be kidding me!
The actual most urgent need of the military is a procedure that can reduce the size of Dick Cheney's ego. That would solve a lot of problems.

I wouldn't try modifying a B-2 on a bet, the damn things will break after take-off.
They act act the rest of the world isn't aware of what we have been doing, and are betting that the facility we know about is where the Iranians are working on their nuclear program. Since outing Valerie Plame we have only the MEK's word for anything, and they are no more trustworthy than Chalabi and the INC.
They should take the money and buy some firetrucks, something we actually need.
