Gravatar Omigosh, all your FOs look so darn good! Nice job.

Gravatar That Granny Smith Cardi is gorgeous. I'm no where near good enough to make it yet, but definitly lights a fire to keep learning. Not that you asked but just to share my opinion I like the ribbon on the left. Kind of gives it a Irish feel, very cute either way.

Gravatar the Granny Smith turned out beautiful!

The Ribbon Trim Cardigan is turning out very nicely, also. For what it's worth, I really like the ribbon on the left...

Gravatar Ribbon on the left, IMHO - what a beautiful look.

LOVE your Grannie Smith. I just picked up a pullover of a similar design (and color) from a thrift shop, but I like the cardi version very much and would love to try making something this pretty with my own little hands.

Overall, your post has me feeling the love for those warm hues of green in the fall mix that often get lost in the red-orange-yellow shuffle. Viva verde!

Gravatar Your granny smith cardi is lucious. I hope you wear it lot. To me it looks like it was worth the wait!

Gravatar Another winning sweater!! Your wardrobe is full of really great handknits. Great job!

Gravatar Look at you, green girl! Love the Grannie Smith, and I can't wait to see your finished Ribbon Trim cardi- I love the trim on the left.

Gravatar Love the Grannie Smith cardi! Very pretty, and it fits you beautifully.

Gravatar Lovely! And the Baby Silk is a great choice of yarn.

Gravatar I love your Grannie Smith Cardi--very pretty! I would say the sleeves are a perfect bracelet length Great yarn sub--it looks a little more substantial than the versions I've seen in Kid Silk Haze.

Gravatar Super cute! I really love it. I have been eyeing that pattern and have the yarn for it. It just seemed too time consuming. Maybe I will give it a try! I just love how yours turned out.

Gravatar Lovely! It came out perfectly - congratulations on finishing a long project!

Gravatar Another beautiful cardi! You must have hard choices in the morn. Hmm, which perfect-fitting cardigan do I choose?

I think I like the ribbon on the left, but that's by bias for things modern speaking.

Speaking of, love your necklace!

Gravatar Beautiful sweaters! I think I like the ribbon on the left also- I think it has the heavier look thar the sweater needs. But, either will look great!

Gravatar Wow, go Granny!

Gravatar Looks awesome! It fits you really nicely and I love the green!

Gravatar The Grannie Smith cardi looks fantastic! The Ribbon Trim Cardi is looking great too, I like the scalloped light green ribbon myself.

Gravatar Wow your cardigan is gorgeous! I love the lacy look of it. How do you always come out with such beautiful FOs?

Gravatar That sweater is one of my favorites. It looks great and I like the addition of longer sleeves. Especially for the winter.

I like the textured lace ribbon for the new project.

Gravatar Yeah, your FOs DO look good! every one of them!

This one's really pretty.

Gravatar That is just beautiful on you!

Gravatar That came out beautiful! Perfect fit after 2 years in the making....very impressive.

Gravatar Have you ever knit a "bad" sweater? I don't think so. Granny Smith is delicious and, of course, you look great in it. Congrats on another beautiful sweater.

Gravatar It's fabulous!!! I can only imagine how luxurious it must feel to wear that sweater - just wonderful. Enjoy

The new green sweater also looks heavenly. Both of the ribbons are so different. I actually kinda prefer the one on the right which is a little more ornate because I think it would give it a really unique look.

Can't wait to see it finished!

Gravatar so great for finishing that. it is gorgeous!

Gravatar The cardi is so fab! It looks perfect on you as usual.

I think either ribbon you pick will work great.

Gravatar Beautiful! I love the color and I think it looks great in that yarn.

Gravatar LOVE it!!! Ribbon choice? I like the one on the left...it looks a bit folkloric.

Gravatar your Grannie Smith cardigan is so pretty. great work.

i LOVE your Ribbon cable cardigan also. i like the more textured ribbon as a finish. again, great job.

i have yarn and pattern for this project. i just have to finish a few others first before i start.

Gravatar You look soooo glam! Wonderful job.

Gravatar Love your Granny Smith!

Gravatar Hi...I just googled ribbon trim for sweaters and found your gorgeous ribbon trimmed sweaters. I'm wondering if you could share with me how you went about sewing the ribbon on? I just finished a sweater and would like to add a few layers of ribbon (saw one similar in Santa Fe recently and am now obsessed with the concept!). Any suggestions would be soooo appreciated! Thanks and thanks for sharing all of your inspirational knitting! SG
