"Stick that in your Bible belt." Awesome.

"Oppose gay people without lying about us and saying that there is something inherently wrong with us and you will not be charged with hate speech. Simple really. The fact that you continue to lie and make generalizations about all gay people in the history of the universe and show no absolutely no remorse over doing so, says more about you than it does about anyone else. Unfortunately for you, you are going to be remembered for being on the wrong side of history. Stick that in your Bible belt."

lol.

It's sad that so many anti-gay activists have to resort to lies and other dishonest tactics (deliberately misinterpreting the data) to try to influence voters. It just shows that, deep down, they know they are wrong. Why else would they lie about it?

As a general rule, it really annoys me when people apologize and don't actually mean it...

the whole "Sorry, BUT..." phenomenon.

Lame. Don't apologize if you can't do it without throwing a 'but' in there.

yeah. it's right up there with "no offense, but..." and "i'm not racist, but..."

As a general rule, whenever people start a sentence with something along the lines of "no offensive, but..." it's usually best to brace yourself for them being exactly what they claim they are not.

Gravatar Or when people apologize by saying "I'm sorry if you felt offended" instead of apologizing for their own offensiveness... they obviously aren't sorry, or don't recognize/empathize with why that would be hurtful to someone.

Gravatar yeah! like when people say, "i can't control how someone reacts to me." like, no crap. but if you punch someone in the face, expect it to hurt.
