Oh come now! That's only about 30 per man, woman and child in the US! We could each barely kill 10 people execution style with so few bullets.
And that's for a whole year! What if we need to kill more than ten people, each, in a year, with guns? Hmm?
Obviously, Aaron, for every person you gun down, 30 more rounds become available in the general pool, so the problem is self-correcting.
