Gravatar Oh... I'm so envious! I just looked at Sonya's Oregon and it's so beautiful!
I asked for that last year for Christmas from "Santa" but received Abalone instead. I'm not complaining because I really like having Abalone, but I'm sure feeling a little wistful.
Look at all those stunning Autumn colors... How can you wait?
(Care to let us in on what your choices for St. Aula are?)
I haven't knit Oregon, obviously, but I can tell by looking that it will be easier than Anne Boleyn... so if you get exasperated with "her", you have another one ready to go!

Gravatar The tree is gorgeous! We just bought a little, fiber optic one to replace the 6 footer that I gave away during the big clean out.

Beautiful! That's the way I did it, since they didn't have shade cards. I should have bought Alba and then I would have had all the "blues" too.

You should begin it while waiting for the £ to go down ... just to make sure the colours work

Gravatar I really love being an enabler! I was completely amazed by the colors when I first saw the kit, and I'm still amazed.

Lights are my favorite part of the Christmas accessories too. In fact we just string lights all over the house and don't bother with the tree. (Too many dogs and cats and not enough space.)

Gravatar Those are awesome colors! But I think I'd want to just pet that yarn... it looks so soft!

Gravatar Oh, lucky you!!!! That is so pretty, there's nothing like getting a VY kit in the mail. *sigh* Seems to be a few people doing St. Alba...!

Ah, I used to love the Christmas lights the best. Such memories, I loved coming home from babysitting to see the tree all light up from the inside. I think it's still what gets me into the spirit now.
