Gravatar Dude, 21's are killer. We'd call them "shotgun" reps in college. I don't do them nearly enough any more, but they really helped me overcome some curling plateaus that I ran into.

There's another level of 21's you can do with a partner. You do a set, hand it off to your partner, he does a set and hands it back until you're absolutely gassed.

Gravatar Check out crossfit.com. It started in SC and is now spreading all over the world. I'm doing that 2 days a week along with 3 days of jiujitsu.

I haven't had a chance to check it out yet though.


Gravatar honestly, some of those cross fit exercises look like they would kill me.

i don't know how to work out, really, thank asthma and bad knees...had to spend about 4 weeks a year in a leg brace in high school. The only sports i've ever really liked were fencing--which i had to stop due to knee problems at 17, and cycling, which--on my current 15 year old nishiki--really bothers my carpal tunnel. i'm doomed.
