Which heaven or Heaven is intended in Mark 13 is of course open to interpretation by Christians-we do not know everything on this side of Eternity, but as we get into the Word, the more we take in, the more we understand of God.
Non-Christians, however, should not try to interpret Scripture, as it is futile-without God's Holy Spirit illuminating the pages, the Bible is a closed book.
You can, however, ask God to give you understanding, to show you what He means. It may be your first step towards Peace.
