Hope that you are doing well, enjoying life down there where the breezes are cooling. (Gets up and looks at the thermometer) I have 64 degrees in my room with all the windows open. Mighty cool.
Awesome. For some reason my thermometer out back says 107. It's only 9:00 am here. Doh! Craziness.
Well, I'm now enjoying the politicking much more since Ms. Palin came on board. If more people were honest with themselves, they would have to admit the blatant double standard regarding the way the media and pundits attack the right and handle the left with kid gloves. But, you know, ignorance is bliss! They're happier to be blinded by their own bias.

It's Thursday night; McCain just finished speaking; last night Joe, Mike, Rudy, Sarah, tonight Tom, Lindsay, Cindy, John; each was better than the preceding. I'm jazzed for the first time since 1980!
The Dems keep comparing the great O to the much greater JFK. Talk about a misappropriation of history. "Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country." Country First! What a great slogan.
I'm pretty jazzed too, Allan. I haven't seen/heard the speech yet, as I was working, but a Dem friend stopped by my desk and told me that McCain nearly had him in tears (the good kind). He said that McCain gave a great speech, and I'm guessing that many Dems are going to pull the lever for McCain/Palin in November.
There seems to be more hope and more change on the Republican side than the Dem. That may sound partisan, but I think I'm right.
