I have a Marlin lever action .357 Mag which is almost supernaturaly accurate. That and a Ruger GP-100 would make an ideal pair.

And I love reading your stuff too!

LOL thanks Lem. I've the same Marlin in both 357 and 44. The 44 has too long (and sometimes balky) of a lever action and has always hung up, but the 357 came smooth as glass out of the box. I keep meaning to take the 44 in for a good gunsmithing but there just aren't enough hours in the day.
