I can just see the new U.N. Joe in my head. He comes with a little bullhorn so he can tell warring factions to just stop killing each other already. He's got a little book with a Swiss bank account number and a little satchel to hold the money he made from trafficking black market weapons in violation of sanctions. He's also got a little blue helmet with a built-in cell phone with Jimmuh Carter on speed-dial.
