What's really fascinating is that Boulder County (land of Marx and brand new Volvos) is less than a half a mile from my front door.

I think I got very lucky (or rather, I chose even better than I knew) when I moved here a few years ago.

While I believe that even permits turn a right into a privilege, at least this sheriff issus them "shall issue". I can deal with this political reality, though I would still work for a true recognition of the 2A such as Alaska and Vermont have.This sheriff is a lot closer to the true meaning of the 2A tham almost any other.
