Think about it. Their BEST operation went 25% wrong. Against unarmed Americans. The passengers of Flight 93 didn't take being used as a weapon laying down.

Next time they try anything close to this would they not face STRONGER opposition?

Terrorism is effective when it looks like the bad guys can strike with impunity. When their operations go to the dogs then they look like the amateurs they are.

Few people fear a Hydra that bumps 3 out of 9 heads when trying to strike.
