One of those who are considering a try at this office is Ryan Horsely of Red's Trading Post.

I know you've had some misgivings over some of Ryan's rants but it would be good to know we have at least ONE Senator who understands the 2nd Amendment.

I simply cannot understand why the gun selling business is the only business that doesn't use accountants, and when beleaguered by the government as MOST businesses are for one reason or another, doesn't let the lawyers handle it instead of name-calling the feds...who deserve every last scintilla of it, but someone tell me the last time you heard an attorney recommending to talk about your case to as many people as you can while alienating the bench to a fair thee well.

The whole thing sounds like a primer on what not to do. Call the lawyer, then call the lawyer and perhaps call the lawyer to be around every time they walk in the door and don't draw undue attention to yourself in the process.

Become identified as the injured party, not the whining rich kid.
